Who I am

"Erin pushes me to think, to do better, and to extend beyond my natural (self-imposed) limitations. She does this through encouragement, support and kicking my ass. Sometimes I feel the soreness in my allegorical behind, yet I always look back and know that I’ve grown and am more successful thanks to it. I am grateful for the way she speaks the truth, lovingly and encouragingly, her loyalty and attention to strategy and detail. I am a better CEO thanks to her guidance."

My passion is helping tech founders identify the keys to igniting accelerated growth, prioritizing the most critical focus areas that will speed their trajectory. I have broad experience designing and implementing strategic and operational initiatives at companies such as IBM, Brocade, NetApp and ServiceRocket, and am the recipient of the Silicon Valley Business Journal's Women of Influence 2015 Award. I’m a ginger, a hiker, a Las Vegas poker player and a bit of a geek who holds degrees in engineering and mathematics. I currently serve as Chief Operating Officer at ServiceRocket, a company dedicated to software adoption and amplifying the impact of disruptive technology companies by helping enterprise customers adopt, get the value out of, and LOVE their software.

I am an advisor to founders, teams and startups to whom I provide invaluable input on a variety of areas, including analytics, execution, scaling and strategy. I also provide insight on how to navigate the many personal challenges of growing a company and how founders change into executives and leaders. My experience in growing small organizations to thousands of employees and billions in revenue lays the basis for my insights.

Sometimes what you really need is someone to help you and your team break down and work through the business or team issues that keep resurfacing like Groundhog Day—or take the unbridled energy and ideas of the team and give them focus and direction. I've been praised as a skilled leader who will help you and your team reach decisions and achieve your path forward.
